  • The deck is accessed from the living room and kitchen; there is a covered area with seating at the outdoor gas fireplace.

  • Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.

Fees and Payments

  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The owners of this home use 3 exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is facing the driveway, one is on the back deck looking out towards the mountain (the grill and part of the deck are within its view) and the third is a trail cam at the edge of the backyard pointing away from the house.
  • Property is equipped with smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector.

Other Critical Details

  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
